Securely pack your items in their original product packaging with all tags attached and include the printed return authorization slip inside.

Affix the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days to your original payment method.
